Jewelry Designer
Adorned Jewelry is designed and hand crafted by artisan Robin Ragsdale. Born and raised in Texas, Robin now lives in Saint Louis. She earned a fine arts degree from Lindenwood University where she focused on sculpture, photography, and color theory. Combining her love of jewelry with her experience in sculpture, Robin designs one-of-a-kind jewelry using bronze, copper, fine silver, leather, stone, and glass. Much of Robin’s inspiration comes from the natural world. The unique forms found in seed pods, gnarly woods, veins of leaves and stone textures move her imagination toward new creations. Robin’s love of history and archeology has also influenced her work. Hints of art nouveau, Victorian embellishment, and even cave drawings can also be found in some of her pieces. Robin Ragsdale is a juried member of Best of Missouri Hands. She has been published in Metal Clay Artist Magazine and Metal Clay Today.
